Services

Project Timeline & Delivery

Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of each project. Timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, availability of required materials, or other external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required information, approvals, and materials promptly.
• Delays caused by late submissions may impact agreed timelines.

Revisions & Changes

Our services include a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra fees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If the client cancels after work has started, payment for completed work remains due.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.
• We may display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
• Pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as business losses, downtime, or missed opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement for non-payment, breach of terms, or other valid reasons upon providing written notice. The client remains liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
